Draft statement of intent (Task 6)

 I will create a fashion magazine however, my models will be wearing distinctive style street clothes other than a casual everyday look. street fashion is generally associated with youth culture therefore, my models will be between the ages of 16 and 18. high-key lighting will be used as it represents freshness, cleanliness, happiness and In my case youthfulness. Body language and the angles in which I take the shots is key, as magazines are basically full shots or mid shots to shoe the different body gestures. The models were generally looking directly at the camera or posing in a very friendly way to promote the look they are trying to sell. 

My fashion magazine will portray the youth culture in a positive respectable way. This will be noted by the facial expressions I will need my models to do. As they will have to look as if they are genuine, kind hearted individuals who want to spread ideas on street  fashion and inspire people to make a change in there look. As well as there clothing will play as a reminder that not every young black boy with a tracksuit is a menace to soceity who's only intentions is to do bad things.   

The fashion magazine I create will attract the attention of young adults and middle/older teenagers, this is due to the stunning  street wear I will be advertising. It will draw in the audiences attention as the models will provide a complacent, untroubled look followed by a stupendous up to snuff fit, which will ensure that the product being sold is of a substantial quality. this will then led to people becoming more confident and delighted when it comes to buying our products, as well as it will open the minds of our audience by brooding their ideas on street fashion.

My magazine would be be distributed via post in the united kingdom in various area such as: London, Birmingham, Manchester, Essex and other big cities with a larger number of young people within their population. my magazine will be located in stores that are frequently visited by young people such as: JD, footlocker, ZARA, Top-shop and other outlets young people attend, this is because the magazine would draw most attention in these places as street/casual  wear is sold here. The platform my magazine would be associated with will be VFILES as they are the most edgy and outsider fashion platform which would go incomparable with my type of magazine.
